Identidad y expresión de género: del Amazonas al Externado

Magazín realizado para la clase de Audiovisual II (sexto semestre), con el profesor Juan David Caro.
El magazín “Super yo” se acerca a las historias de vida de personas Trans que viven su identidad de género desde diferentes contextos, narrados a través de cuatro micro documentales creados desde la empatía y el respeto por la diferencia. “Woreku” nos habla de cinco mujeres trans de una comunidad indígena en Puerto Nariño, Amazonas, de cómo se ven a sí mismas y cómo ha sido el proceso de reconocimiento y respeto en su cotidianidad.
En el entorno universitario capitalino, “Al otro lado” muestra la lucha de Juana Vélez por graduarse de derecho en una institución en la que sintió discriminación y persecución; ahora es una activista miembro de la “Red comunitaria trans” que exige la igualdad en derechos y oportunidades para una comunidad vulnerable.
“Mudarse(r)” viene con un contenido mucho más orientador e informativo desde la voz de Dani, un hombre trans externadista que desde su experiencia le dice a la comunidad LGBTIQ estudiantil que no están solos y que grupos como “triángulo abierto” están con los brazos abiertos para brindar apoyo.
El recorrido termina con “El trepe”, una inmersión en la escena drag bogotana; sobre el arte del transformismo o el “treparse”, lo que sus protagonistas definen como la expresión y exageración de los roles de género en un acto de resistencia política.
